By using 8989 Symmetry Studio ("Service"), you agree to these terms with Hankified LLC.
The Service
The Service lets you create symmetrical art in a browser. Free and paid one-time Pro tiers (Studio / Atelier) may apply as described on the pricing page.
Purchases
Pro unlocks are one-time digital purchases processed by our payment processor. Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable after unlock is delivered to your account.
Your content
You retain rights to art you create. You grant us a limited license to store and serve projects you save to our cloud, solely to operate the Service.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer in violation of law, or use exports for unlawful purposes.
Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and limit liability for indirect or consequential damages.
