2. Service Guarantees
We offer specific guarantees for our services:
- Store Optimization: 30-day guarantee - If we don't improve your Core Web Vitals by at least 20%, we'll refund your first month
- Enterprise Services: 30% organic traffic increase within 12 months, or we work at 50% fee until target is met
- Response Time: 24-hour response guarantee for all support requests
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following circumstances:
- Service level guarantees are not met
- Technical issues prevent service delivery
- Service cancellation within the first 7 days
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
4. Refund Process
To request a refund:
- Contact us at 8989@hankified.com within 30 days of the issue
- Provide detailed explanation of the problem
- Allow us 5 business days to investigate
- We will respond with our decision and next steps
5. Partial Refunds
In cases where partial service was delivered, we may offer partial refunds based on:
- Work completed vs. work promised
- Time invested in the project
- Materials or resources used
- Client satisfaction with delivered work
6. Non-Refundable Items
The following are generally not eligible for refunds:
- Services delivered more than 30 days ago
- Work completed to client specifications
- Third-party costs or fees
- Services cancelled due to client non-compliance
7. Service Cancellation
You may cancel services at any time with 30 days written notice. Upon cancellation:
- All outstanding invoices become immediately due
- Work in progress will be completed if feasible
- Access credentials will be revoked
- Data will be transferred back to you
8. Payment Method Refunds
Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original transaction:
- Credit Cards: 3-5 business days
- Bank Transfers: 5-10 business days
- PayPal: 1-3 business days
9. Dispute Resolution
If you disagree with our refund decision:
- You may request a review by our management team
- Provide additional documentation or evidence
- We will conduct a thorough investigation
- Final decision will be communicated within 10 business days
